How do I get a refund?
With the voucher provided to you at the time of subscription you can:
- enter it in the form at the bottom of the page to be contacted back
- Go to the Central Energy store in Corcianoor Marsciano while also bringing with you an electric bill and a gas bill

Can I receive the refund even if I am already a Central Energy customer for electricity and gas?
Yes, you will receive the refund: simply switch to the new conditions and receive the refund in your bill.

The promotion refers to the season ticket in Curva Nord, for which the offer provides full reimbursement in the bill in the amount of €165 (at the rate of €16.50/month); for the other sectors, the reimbursement is for the same amount; for the “family package” season ticket, the total reimbursement in the bill is in the amount of €250 (at the rate of €25.00/month).
