Perugia, Oct. 29, 2020 – The Figc Women’s Football Division has ordered the suspension of all matches in the National Women’s Primavera Championship until a date to be determined.
The FIGC itself communicates that this decision was taken as a result of the increase in the number of contagions among female players who play in the Primavera championship. As a matter of fact, a significant number of clubs have been forced to interrupt their weekly training activities due to contagions among members, consequently finding themselves in the conditions of not being able to play Championship matches as set by the ordinary calendar.
Thus, the path of coach Francesco Micheli‘s young griffonets is interrupted, ending these first three matches with a 3-2 victory against Roma CF.
